You ever have a volleyball game where just about anything that can go wrong does? The men's team I coach had that happen last night in a league match.
We volleyball coaches cannot be satisfied with players or teams just doing the bare minimum and not pushing themselves to constantly reach for higher performance.

The second to last training session of the term was a crowded one, but one which provided some scope to raise the intensity and expectations for the team moving on.
