Big Rocks: Focus on your biggest priorities first

I’ve written before on the topic of the importance of priorities.

Here’s a short video on the subject. You might have heard of this concept.

The video speaks in terms of life priorities, but the idea equally applies to our coaching. You should always know your big priorities – the big rocks. Those need to get your attention first.

It’s that simple.

The not so simple part is keeping those priorities in mind during practice, and not letting the sand distract you. That’s a critical skill you need to develop if you don’t have it already.
