A solid drill for MB eye work

There are a lot of blocking drills out there. I have problems with many of them because they have real limitations around being realistic in terms of timing and/or decision-making. Here’s a drill that works in a good direction. It doesn’t have the real timing element of live hitters, and I can easily see players getting lazy in their actual block jumping. In terms of getting in some good eye work for MBs, though, it’s solid (here’s another one).

Something I think I’d look to do is make it competitive between the MB and the Setter. That would add the element of training the Setter to be aware of MB positioning, and to work on deception as well.
