The Medaille Women are getting ready to start the Spring Semester. Here's what's I've been up to in the last couple months.
It was definitely a tough initial couple of weeks to start the 2022 season for the Medaille Men. Hopefully, things will improve from here!
A blog article provides a useful progression to think about defending in volleyball, though there are some fuzzy points in the systems side.
