The second semester started last week, which mean we started the ball rolling with the team for Spring training and other stuff.
It sounds like Volleyball England is taking a hard look at itself and how well it's serving it's major focus and it's constituencies.
I started the second semester of teaching my volleyball activity course. It will be a little different this time around for a couple reasons.
It may have been a quiet end to 2016, but now that 2017 is underway the workload has been considerable between recruiting and planning.
The year 2016 is now behind us. Here are some of my highlights for the year, along with a look at what the future has in store for me.
If you haven't seen it, look up the documentary Trainer! It's a great look in to coaching with elements that definitely relate to what many of us see.
A comment by a former player about my coaching first upset me, but at the end of the day just shows how perspectives and recollections vary.
Here are my final thoughts on the 2016 American Volleyball Coaches Association Convention. Overall, I had found it worth the time and money.
My third day at the 2016 AVCA Convention was a busy one between watching and giving presentations and connecting with a number of people.
