Video review: 2-ball out-of-system pepper warm-up

Here’s another drill that I think has quite a bit of value – especially as a warm-up. It has a lot of good elements, particularly around ball control. And it’s not action for the sake of action the way some drills can be. The one criticism I’d have is that the players are tipping and rolling. I’d like to see some real swings – even if they aren’t 100%. That would provide the players delivering the out-of-system sets with a little better knowledge of performance feedback than if the attacker is going in fully expecting to play a shot.
