Today I finally get to move on to my next challenge. The other day I was offered and accept a coaching position at Midwestern State University in Texas.

Today I finally get to move on to my next challenge. The other day I was offered and accept a coaching position at Midwestern State University in Texas.
Progress is being made on the job front. Though no official offer has been as yet, things are definitely moving in that direction.
I'm still waiting on developments with regards to the job I interviewed for last week. I haven't been just twiddling my thumbs.
This week saw me waiting on developments from last week's interviews, but not without looking at what else is available on the job market.
While we all want maximum resources, the reality of life for most of us is that we need to find ways to compete and win with what we've got.
I was told on Monday that my coaching contract was being terminated. Surprise! Just means I move on to my next challenge a bit sooner, though.
A recently posted coaching job suggested that having a college degree is equivalent to six years of coaching experience. What do you think of that?
The only real development of note from the past week is that I made the short list for a head coach position in Europe.
Not a great deal to report this week. Put in for a few more assistant jobs and one head coaching position. Other than that, it's been pretty quiet.
