The Midwestern State University 2017 volleyball season ended with a 3-match final week of competition featuring a pair of victories.
It was a tough week for MSU Volleyball. We didn't get a key result in a big head-to-head match early in the week, then had a key injury later.
The longest road trip of the season saw us play matches at the two New Mexico schools. Our middle hitters one of their best weekends of the year.
It was a busy week for MSU Volleyball, but a good one as the team tallied three victories and in the process made program history.
The last week of the first half of the Lone Star Conference schedule took us back on the road, after a midweek a non-conference match.
Circumstances gave us an opportunity to challenge the two nationally ranked teams in the conference, but we just couldn't muster the offense required.
One really good performance was sandwiched by two not so good ones as we continue to suffer from inconsistency in our conference play.
