Tardiness punishment compressed training time, not allowing me to do all of what I wanted and I wasn't really pleased with the level of focus during play.
A good session in which I was able to work on several key focus points I've identified of late unfortunately ended with an injury.
I put the team through a physically demanding session which brought in some defense and blocking work for the first time in the new term, among other things.

This is an entry in my volleyball coaching log. Generally a pretty good day's performance. The second team won both their division 2 matches, which likely means they will end 2nd
Both the first and second teams had matches over the weekend. The B side has some mental issues they need to overcome, but the A side players are progressing.
There were some disappointments in a win over a weak team in league play which continued to highlight developmental needs in the area of attack and composure.
