Today's the first day of the 2020-21 school year for Medaille College. Here's what I've been doing over the last couple weeks.
The conference has decided to post-pone the Fall season until second semester, which certainly alters the work I'll be doing the next few months.
It's been an interesting start to my time coaching at Medaille. I'm starting to get a handle on everything, but there's a lot of work to be done!
It was a short week for MSU Volleyball as the university was closed Thursday and Friday for the Easter holiday. The team got in some good work, though.
A coach has a question about recruiting in a new program with no record of success, especially when thinking about team chemistry.
