For Print Copies: The cost will be $9.99/copy + shipping & handling. I will work out the total cost based on the shipping information provided below, then give you payment details.
For Ebook Copies: The cost will be $5.99/copy. I will provide you with a discount code you can share with members of your organization.
Note: If you would like fewer than 10 copies of the print version of the book, I recommend you order them here. The price is $13.99/copy + shipping & handling. Or you can get them from Amazon. The Amazon price is higher ($16.99), but if you’re able to get free shipping, it might be the less expensive option.
