Ahead of the 2016 Olympics the FIVB decided to omit the standard technical timeouts which were otherwise a feature of all FIVB competitions.

Ahead of the 2016 Olympics the FIVB decided to omit the standard technical timeouts which were otherwise a feature of all FIVB competitions.
It bothers me when I see some players not taking part in the team huddle during timeouts. Is a little exercise worth them not being with the team?
Please don't be the volleyball coach who waits for set point to call a timeout - especially when your team is well down on the scoreboard.
