After a two week gap thanks to Spring Break, the Medaille men were back in action last week, resuming conference play.

After a two week gap thanks to Spring Break, the Medaille men were back in action last week, resuming conference play.
Continued injury issues, adjustments coming off of that, and uneven performance made for a disappointing week for the guys.
I see some version of the following question show up in coaching groups on a fairly regular basis: I've got a kid on my team who wants to play in college.
We faced the challenge of having to replace our setter and play with a very sub-optimal lineup for the week, but pulled it off fairly well.
