Podcast 4 – Transitioning players to the next level with Liam Sketcher

Liam Sketcher is an Australian coach who has worked with teams from youth through professional to the national team levels. In this conversation we talk about helping players make the move from the youth/Juniors ranks to the next level (pro, college, etc.). We look at it both from the perspective of the youth coach and the pro/college coach.

Liam was a guest on a couple of the initial Coaching Conversations. One of them was Managing teams with professional and non-professional players when he joined Jakob Møller, Manager at Nordenskov UIF Volley (Denmark). The other was the question grab bag session he did with Mark Lebedew and Lauren Bertolacci.
