The final week of preseason ended with a 3-day 8-team tournament in Denmark. Not only did I get to play everyone a fair amount, but we won the cup.

The second week really started the process of develop a team style of play. It ended with the squad spending a day doing team-building exercises.
The focus of the first week of training was mainly on getting the players integrated and communicating, and laying the foundation for moving ahead.
Monday I finally start with my new team at Svedala! My main priority the first week is to see where everyone is at and players getting to know each other.
Added another Swedish player to the squad, I might finally have a place to live, and a club has dropped out of the league, forcing a schedule redo.
Not much to report this week, except one big piece of news. We've signed our third (and final) foreign player.
My initial spell in Sweden was a fairly active one. Now my focus shifts to Germany for a couple of weeks before returning at month's end.
The last week was more about relaxation than volleyball, but I did managed to squeeze in a meeting with the club's board.
