Back from some interesting travels

Trying to get myself caught up after nearly a week on the road.

Last week on Tuesday I did a Coaching Children & Young People workshop in London. On Sunday I attended Volleyball England annual Coaching Conference at which I did the Analyzing Your Coaching workshop to get in the second of the three workshops I need to attend to fulfill the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) part of my Level 3 certification requirements. As I mentioned earlier, I recently had my coaching assessment, which I signed-off on Sunday at the conference as well. Once I get the last of my workshops done (probably in July) I’ll officially be a Level 3 coach.

In between those two volleyball items I made my first ever trip to Paris. No volleyball link. Just wanted to see if I could make you a bit jealous. 🙂

I’ll have a report on the Coaching Conference in an upcoming post. I hope to have another book review coming along shortly too. And there are a couple more on my summer to-read list after that.

Which reminds me…

If you’ve read a book, used a volleyball app, watched a coaching video, or anything like that and want to provide a review to share with your fellow coaches, I’d be happy to post it. Just reach out to me via the Contact page and we’ll get it sorted out.

OK. Back to tackling all the stuff which piled up while I was off having fun!
